DELIVERY CHARGES AND EXCEPTIONS EXPLAINED

Delivery is available Throughout England And Wales for £16.95 no matter if you order one item or twenty.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE DELIVERY CHARGE

**THIS £16.95 DELIVERY CHARGE APPLIES TO ENGLAND AND WALES ONLY**

WE DO DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTLAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, AND OTHER CHANNEL ISLES BUT THIS WOULD INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE- PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS BEFORE ORDERING.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED

We will be aiming to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. On most items delivery will take 14-21 working days, should there be any delay we shall of course inform you.

We ship over 500 items throughout the UK on a weekly basis, using only a specialised Furniture Delivery Company, This way you can ensure that that your item will be received in good condition.

If you can ensure when placing an order that we have all possible contact numbers for you, we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a date and time.

The delivery company will carry out a doorstep delivery for £16.95.

We do offer other services, which include placing the furniture in a room of your choice and assembling your furniture, please contact us for the additional costing involved in these services.

All items are checked prior to dispatch by our warehouse staff and are delivered safely with the Furniture Delivery Company.

Should you not require your chosen item after it has been delivered, please inform us within 48 hours to return the item.

The outgoing and return delivery costs would be payable by yourselves.

Any items that have been ordered in for you as special order, are not valid on this return policy. We do not accept returns on these items so please measure/ consider carefully before ordering.

Order Timescales & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

For Furniture orders, Within 7 days of placing your order, you will be informed via email, the estimated delivery date. We will inform you as soon as possible should an item be out of stock, in this case you would be offered a full refund if you rather not wait for the item to become available.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually WITHIN 28 WORKING DAYS, however in some circumstances you should allow up to 35 working days, of which you would be informed of.

Delivery Charges

A single charge of £16.95 is applied to any furniture order [inc VAT], throughout the UK ,this applies to any deliveries via courier or our delivery company, no matter how many items you order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DELIVERY CHARGE APPLIES ONLY TO MAINLAND UK, SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, SOUTHERN IRELAND, SOUTH EAST COAST AND OTHER REMOTE AREAS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES-PLEASE CHECK BEFORE ORDERING.

We reserve the right to refund you and cancel your order should you proceed without consulting us regarding additional delivery charges applicable.

We are able to ship to Europe also, please contact us with the item details and your full address, so that we are able to quote you the correct postage costs.
